The information on this website is general. It may change, and it may not cover your specific project. Product descriptions are examples, so please ask us to confirm anything that matters to your order. Links on the site, such as to maps, lead to services we do not control, and their terms are their own.
Quotes and orders
Quotes and orders are confirmed by us in writing, usually by email. An order is not final until we have confirmed it. If we cannot produce something as requested, we will tell you and suggest an alternative where we can. Payment, cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in your quote or order confirmation.
Your artwork
You are responsible for your artwork, including spelling, dates, sizes and contact details, and you must have the right to print everything in it, including images, logos and text. Please review and approve your files before we print. We check files for common print problems, but we cannot know every intended detail, so the final check is yours. Our file setup guide can help.
Colour
Digital printing colours may differ slightly from what you see on a screen, and from one print run to another. We can talk through colour expectations before printing. Small variations are a normal part of digital printing and are not by themselves a defect.
Shipping and pickup
Shipping follows our shipping and delivery page. Pickup in Oakville is arranged by contacting us. Please give us accurate address and contact details, since delays caused by incorrect details are outside our control.
Satisfaction guarantee
Our satisfaction guarantee page applies to your order. If something is not right, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, PrintEh is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from printed products. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the order itself. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the changes here with a new date. The terms in place when your order was confirmed apply to that order.
