This policy explains in plain language how PrintEh, a print shop at 2526 Speers Rd, Unit 14, Oakville, ON L6L 5M2, handles personal information on printeh.ca and when you contact us.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us when you email or call: your name, email address, phone number and project details, along with any files you send for printing. For shipping, we also need your delivery address.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to you, prepare quotes, produce your order and ship it or arrange pickup. We may also keep records of past orders so that we can help you again or follow up on a question about a job. Files you send us are used only to produce your order.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to carry out your order, for example with a shipping service so your package can reach you. We do not use your details for anything unrelated to your order or your question.
Cookies and tracking
The website uses Google Analytics to count visits and to learn which pages and products people look at. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and records information such as the pages you view, how you found the site, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. We use this to improve the site and we do not use it to identify you personally. Google Analytics on this site has Google signals turned on. This is an advertising-related feature that can link visit data to the Google accounts of signed-in users who have allowed ad personalization, and Google may set related cookies. You can control this in your Google account's ad settings. You can also stop this tracking by blocking cookies in your browser settings or by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site does not ask you to create an account, and we do not run a customer login.
Third-party services
The site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and it loads web fonts and the Analytics service from Google. As with any website, these providers may receive your IP address and browser details when your browser loads the page. Information collected by Google Analytics is handled under Google's own privacy policy. Links to Google Maps open Google's service, which has its own privacy practices.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hi@printeh.ca. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you before we share or delete anything, to protect your information.
Canadian privacy law
We handle personal information in line with Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and we keep it only as long as we reasonably need it. If you believe your information has been mishandled, please tell us first so we can look into it right away.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
