Not every print job is a banner or a poster. Sometimes you just need a clean copy of a report, a stack of handouts for a meeting or a colour printout of a presentation. We handle everyday document printing for students, offices, contractors, community groups and families in Oakville, Mississauga and Burlington, in black and white or in colour.
Options and finishing
- Black and white or colour: use black and white for text and drawings, and colour for charts, photos and presentations.
- Paper sizes: from small standard sheets up to 13 x 19 inches. Tell us what you need and we will confirm.
- Single or double-sided: print on one side or both sides to save paper.
- Stapling: keep pages together for handouts, reports and meeting packages.
- Binding: ask us about binding for longer documents, manuals and proposals.
- Quantity: one copy or many, there is no need to explain a small job.

Tips for great results
A PDF is the safest file format, because it keeps your fonts and layout exactly as you set them. A document sent as a word-processor file can shift when it opens on another computer, so export to PDF first when you can.
Check the page order and the margins before you send. Text that sits too close to the edge can be clipped, so leave a little space around every page. If your document includes photos, use the original images, because small web images print soft.
For a colour presentation, choose strong contrast between text and background. Pale text on a light background reads poorly on paper. Our file setup guide covers the common problems in more detail. If you need many copies of a single sheet, a flyer may be a better fit, and a folded piece suits a brochure.
