How do I get a quote?
Email hi@printeh.ca or call 289-301-0707, or use our quote request page. Tell us the product, quantity, size, material and deadline, and we will reply by email or phone. There is no obligation, and you are welcome to ask questions before you decide.
Can I order just one copy or a small quantity?
Often yes. Quantities vary by product, so ask us about your job and we will tell you what is possible. A single poster, a few drawings or a small run of cards is a normal request for us.
Do you serve Mississauga and Burlington?
Yes. We are based in Oakville and serve Mississauga and Burlington by quote, shipping and delivery. We do not have shops in those cities.
Can I pick up my order in Oakville?
Yes, by arrangement. Contact us and we will confirm the details with you.
Files and artwork
What file formats do you accept?
A print-ready PDF is best. We can also look at other common formats, so send what you have and we will tell you if anything needs to change. Vector logos and fonts embedded in the PDF give the cleanest results. See our file setup guide.
Can you help with artwork?
Yes. If your files are not ready, tell us what you have and we will help you get them print-ready. Share your logo, text and any images, and we will explain what is missing and what the finished piece needs.
What are bleed and CMYK?
Bleed is extra artwork that extends past the trim edge so no white shows after cutting. CMYK is the ink-based colour mode used in printing, while screens use RGB. The file setup guide explains both.
Why do my colours look different from my screen?
Screens glow with light and printers use ink on a surface, so some difference is normal. Using CMYK files helps, and we can talk through colour expectations before you print. If a particular colour matters, such as a logo colour, tell us up front.

Do you print blueprints and engineering drawings?
Yes. We print blueprints and engineering prints in large format, in sizes such as ARCH and ANSI sheets. Send a PDF at true sheet size and we will print at 100 percent. See blueprint printing for details.
Do you scan?
Yes, we offer large-format scanning. Read about large-format scanning or ask us about your drawings. Tell us the size and the number of sheets.
Shipping and our guarantee
Do you ship, and is shipping free?
We ship across Canada and the USA. Orders over $100 ship free, and we ship within a day or two of printing. See shipping and delivery.
Is there express delivery in the GTA?
Yes, there is an express delivery option for Greater Toronto Area customers. Ask us when you request your quote.
