A roll-up banner, also called a retractable banner, is a printed graphic that pulls up out of a base and clips to a pole at the back. Businesses around Oakville, Mississauga and Burlington use them at trade shows, in lobbies, at seminars and beside the counter in a shop. They stay upright on their own and need no tools.
Options and sizes
- Standard widths. Common stands are about 33 inches wide, with wider options available. Heights are usually around 80 inches. Read our roll-up banner sizes and setup guide for details.
- Stand and graphic. The stand and the printed banner are matched, and a carry case is typically included so it travels well.
- Replacement graphics. You can swap in a new printed banner on the same stand when your message changes. Ask us about it.
- Single sided. Most are one sided. Ask us if you need something different.
Best uses
- Trade show and expo booths
- Reception areas and office lobbies
- Retail promotions and in-store events

Tips for great results
- Keep text and logos above the bottom third of the banner. The base hides the lowest part, and people standing in front will cover it too.
- Put your main message at eye level, roughly in the upper middle of the graphic.
- Use a big headline, one clear idea and a single call to action such as a phone number or web address.
- Avoid tiny text. Most people read from several feet away.
- Design to the exact size of your stand, with extra image past the edges for trimming.
